Sales Taxes:
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Dependable Laundry Solutions is committed to timely and reliable shipping for all your commercial and industrial laundry equipment spare part needs.
In stock laundry spare parts are dispatched as soon as possible, with parts ordered online before 12pm AWST dispatched same business day.
Parts ordered after 12pm AWST will be dispatched next business day.
Estimated Transit Times
We ship our parts under 5kg (deadweight and/or cubit) via express air freight services, with the below estimated transit times:
- Metro – Next Business Day*
- Regional – 1-3 Business Days*
- Rural – 2 - 5 Business Days*
Large parts are sent via road freight – estimated 7-10 Days freight times*
Upon dispatch, you will receive a Con Note and tracking details to monitor your shipment through the third-party courier's tracking system.
*Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary once the order has been collected by the courier.
Returns Policy:
At Dependable Laundry Solutions, our goal is to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
Below are our terms for returns:
Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the order.
- Approval for return is required, contact spares@dependablelaundry.com.au to request approval return.
- Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
- Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part, customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
- Items must be returned in original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Damaged parts will not be accepted for return.
- Upon receiving back and inspecting the item(s), Dependable Laundry Solutions will issue a refund or credit, less applicable fees.
Returns will not be accepted in cases where
- The item is damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation.
- The return request does not comply with the outlined timeframes or procedures.

- Dependable Laundry Solutions makes no guarantees regarding the compatibility or suitability of parts for any specific machine type; it is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the correct part is ordered for their requirements.
Customer Obligations
- The customer is responsible for ensuring accurate order details, including quantities and specifications.
- Any errors in ordering (e.g. incorrect part selection) are the customer’s responsibility, and returns may be subject to additional fees.
